I am an abstract visual artist based south of Paris, France. Following my studies in Fine Arts and Art Education at university in Germany and years of teaching literature in France, painting has naturally reclaimed its essential space in my life.

​My practice is rooted in geography and the memory of places. During walks in the forest or travels abroad, I collect bark, berries, leaves, seeds, and minerals to brew my own botanical inks and dye baths. Each piece on raw canvas, paper, or fine linen gauze becomes a living archive of a specific landscape, holding the light, climate, and season of its origin.

Visual intuition and material experimentation guide my process. I allow fluid botanical washes to sink organically into the unprimed fibers, creating soft, transparent grounds. In response, I apply deep, matte black ink shapes that act as mineral anchors in space. This interplay creates a constant dialogue between the unpredictable rhythms of nature and the conscious decision of the painted gesture.

From stretched canvases to delicate textile installations suspended in space, my work explores that quiet threshold where the physical trace of a landscape is permanently woven into matter. Through glimpses into my studio, I invite viewers into this process, sharing the slow preparation of natural pigments, the rawness of the fiber, and the balance between movement and stillness.
